What Makes Us Unique.

Kline Properties was founded in 2002 by acquiring a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-family home in the north campus area of The University of Texas at Austin. The company then experienced growth through a series of acquisitions, once owning up to 60 single-family homes in Austin, Texas. In September 2007, Kline Properties made a significant move by acquiring 2020 Apartments, a 103-unit apartment community located on the famous street known as South Congress. Additional acquisitions of commercial retail spaces, multi-family properties, and single-family homes in various cities throughout Texas set Kline Properties on its current path.
