RESIDENT CLEANING SERVICE! Charges for this service will be collected at the same time you make your monthly rent payment. You may choose to have your home cleaned between 1-4 times per month. There will be three maids at each visit. Each cleaning will include: vacuuming, cleaning/wiping all counters, cleaning restroom completely, dusting fans and blinds, mopping the floors, cleaning the base boards, cleaning the entire kitchen exclusive of the inside of the refrigerators, putting dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and making the beds and straightening the bedrooms (if you want your bed made, you will have to put your clean sheets on top of your bed). Once you have decided on an option that will fit your needs, we will provide all scheduling and dispatching of services for you.
