I am very excited to announce the launch of our new website.  Not only is this site a complete overhaul from the previous one, but it is the first in many new and exciting things to come in the Kline community.  Since starting this business seven years ago as a rising senior at the University of Texas, we have acquired 24 properties around UT, and redeveloped an apartment community on famous South Congress Avenue into a beautiful, desirable, and affordable condominium community.   

I remember when I first started buying student housing properties with my partner in August of 2002.  The most important thing to me was that our residents knew their management company was working with them and not against them.  I firmly believed, and still do believe, that our residents are paying for more than just a roof over their head; they are also receiving the very best in property management services from professionals that are quick and responsive to their needs.

2009 is an exciting time for us because we are poised to aggressively grow in the student housing market and beyond.  For the first time, we are offering our property management services to other owners.  At the same time, we are growing in the area of real estate brokerage - focusing on serving the student housing market while keeping our eye on growth beyond the 40 acres around UT.
