Kline Properties was founded in 2002, with the purchase of a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home in the north campus area of The University of Texas at Austin. The company grew through a string of acquisitions and in September 2007, Kline acquired 2020 Apartments - a 103 unit apartment community located on South Congress street just one mile south of the Central Business District in Austin Texas. After a full renovation and conversion to condominiums, 2020 Congress is now available for sale with prices starting at $99,000. Today Kline Properties owns a portfolio of 27 properties through its sister companies that include houses, duplexes, and apartment developments in and around The University of Texas and downtown Austin.
