Kline Properties was founded in 2002, with the purchase of a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home in the north campus area of The University of Texas at Austin. The company grew through a string of acquisitions and in September 2007, Kline acquired 2020 Apartments - a 103 unit apartment community located on South Congress street just one mile south of the Central Business District in Austin Texas. After a full renovation and conversion to condominiums, 2020 Congress is now available for sale with prices starting at $99,000. Today Kline Properties owns a portfolio of 26 properties through its sister companies that include houses, duplexes, and apartment developments in and around The University of Texas and downtown Austin.
2010 brings continued expansion to Kline Properties as we are now offering third party property management and third party brokerage services. After seven years of focusing solely on our own portfolio, Kline Properties recognizes that the market needs a company focused on customer service that only employs professional and well trained associates.
